A Purposeful Journey

Guided by a Passion for Human Connection

I am on a mission to deepen human connection in the workplace and beyond. With more than a decade of experience as a community builder, business leader, culture architect and yoga & mindfulness teacher, I have designed and hosted hundreds of gatherings ranging across many contexts and sectors, all in service to this mission.

Originally from Austin, Texas, I graduated from American University in Washington, DC and went on to blaze a trail of adventures from New York City as a film editor and voice actor, to Israel as a wannabe farmer, to India, Nepal, Thailand, New Zealand, Argentina and Chile as a backpacker, and ultimately landed in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I’ve lived and worked since 2012.

As the Chief Culture Officer of Alpine Investors, I pioneered a unique leadership + organizational development program that continues today to deliver impact across a diverse portfolio of growing businesses undergoing mergers, acquisitions and leadership transitions. Also a social entrepreneur + activist, I created The Rainbow Letters to amplify the voices of LGBTQIA+ families around the world through the lost art of letter writing.

Today I run my own business helping leaders across the world transcend barriers by serving as catalysts for deeper human connection.

Beyond my own personal experience serving as an executive leader, I am a certified coach and bring a diversity of tools and knowledge to every project.

There’s always more to the story.

When I’m not working with my clients, you can find me writing, hiking, baking challah, hosting Shabbat dinners, and spending time with loved ones around the world.

If any part of my story resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you.
